ZARKOPERFUME Molécule No. 8 characterizes the icy polar night that lasts for several months in the far north. But the first rays of sun are already reaching the icy ground and giving an overwhelming feeling of hope, strength and newly awakened life. The scent of Molécule No. 8 is cold and dark, as well as tart and fresh, with a breaking, warming brightness. Mandarin gives the crisp freshness of icy winds, while the elegant aroma of rose softens this slightly. The Danish perfumer Zarko Ahlmann Pavlov developed this mysterious Eau de Parfum using an old, forgotten technique from the early 20th century. He allowed Molécule No. 8 to mature in wooden barrels at an early stage. He also refined the valuable odor with shavings of agarwood, from which the most expensive oil in the world is extracted. And so the spicy, woody aromas of agarwood and patchouli impressively round off the olfactory spectacle of nature.
